Lambeth's preference is for the support to be provided by a single consultancy but there is the option for the support to be provided by multiple providers. The support will comprise of observations and advice on environmental matters relating to planning applications (generally excluding applications which are subject to Planning Performance Agreements) with occasional attendance at planning applications committee to provide technical advice to elected members if required.
