Excavation will consist of digging 450 - 850mm approx deep due to the height of the existing grass and replacing with 200mm of reinforced concrete, 100mm type 1 stone, 150mm capping, mesh reinforcement and terram. Further widening works to the carriageway will be undertaken in certain areas where the grass has been over-run by vehicles. Concrete carriageway repairs will be carried out to areas that have been identified as been in a bad state.
