The Kasbah sits within the operational Port of Grimsby, and the entire area is owned by Associated British Ports (ABP). All leaseholders, however, have full repairing and maintaining leases. At present approximately 70% of the buildings are vacant, a number of which are in very poor condition. A Management Plan is therefore required to assist leaseholders, ABP and NELC in the regeneration of what was the largest fishing port in the world in the early-mid C20th. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/2c527bcd-bd1a-4ad8-aba0-bdb452d01728) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
