This Framework will consist of 5 Lots to deliver support in relation to Highways Design and Support. Subject to suitability, the Council is seeking to appoint up to 3 Contractors per Lot. Tenderers may bid for any number or combination of Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated individually using the responses submitted by the tenderer for that Lot.
