[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) have awarded a contract for the provision of services to deliver an independent impact evaluation, with an embedded brief process evaluation, of college governance and leadership workforce development programmes delivered by the ETF with Department for Education (DfE) grant-funding in 2021-22. The evaluation will assess impact on participants' professional practice, provider performance and learner outcomes (where appropriate), compare the effectiveness of different programmes within three core programme areas (governance, strategic leadership, middle management) in meeting their aims and objectives, recommend improvements to strengthen programme quality and maximise impact, and inform future programme investment and design decisions.
