Lot 1 - Repairs to the flume and flume supporting structure and repairs to steel columns to the curtain walling to the south and west elevations. It was agreed that Lot 1 be progressed on the basis that the cost of the works fell within the available budget, as noted in clause 1.3 of Part 1, Information, of the tender documents.
