The Agency would therefore require a supplier with experience of early stage commercialisation of (IP) know-how and patents combined with knowledge of the veterinary scientific space and commercial veterinary markets. There is no guaranteed level of work but the Agency expect to call on the supplier on an ad hoc basis to provide advice as when required during the duration of the contract.
