Residential Removals are categorised into the following types: Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS) ### Deaths involving the Treasury Evictions or abandoned properties ### Decants ### Emergency Moves ### Term of Contract The Contract duration is for three (3) years, commencing 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024. ### Value of Contract Based on previous data, the estimated annual cost is to be in the region of £60,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. Expenditure over the last 12-month period is broken down as follows: ### Residential Moves 46% Office Relocations 14% Crate Hire 12% ### Storage 25% ### Porter Service 3% This breakdown is based on the last 12-month period and is to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee that future service requirements will be the same. ### Appointment of Service Provider To appoint a single provider for the provision of Removal Services. ### Accreditation Tenderers must be a Member of the British Association of Removers or Equivalent European Standard.
