The requirements includes: - Perform the separation by wire cutting of 3D metal additive parts built with from the build plates. - Allow the separation of parts built with alloys, like Inconel 718. - Have the adequate work dimensions to remove parts of a buildplate of 420x420 mm build plate, with max part height of 400mm - Have the ability to separate parts from segmented buildplates (~ 135 x 135 mm) - Have a resolution of 0.001mm - Have a cutting accuracy of at least ±0.1 mm. - Compatible with wire diameters of 0.2mm. - Be equipped with CNC control and GUI interface control panel. - Include additional servicing equipment needed: for example the chiller.
