The Halton Social Prescribing Link-Worker Service will aim to assist people in the Borough of Halton by referring them to local, non-clinical services in order to improve both their physical and mental health and wellbeing. A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published on OJEU on 16/10/2020, notice number 2020/S 205-500568 and also on Contracts Finder (reference M-20-08), regarding this requirement as a call for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to assist in Commissioning Intentions. This EOIs process is now closed and the CCG has taken the decision to award a 1-year contract from 1st April 2021.
