These radios allow two way communication between the control room and officers on street to ensure health and safety requirements are met with regards to officer safety. The current radios used by the service have been in operation for an estimated 15 years. The deployment software is no longer fit for purpose and the radios are malfunctioning due to their age. They transmit communication throughout the borough through transmitters located on two Council buildings in the borough. The incumbent supplier was inherited by the Council as part of the insourcing of the enforcement service. ## CPV classification Health and social work services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b52d44cf-0378-49b7-afaa-0beaf9c37e3e) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
