CGE modelling techniques will be used to model a minimum of four scenarios against 2 baselines. There is an Optional Deliverable for non-tariff barrier modelling, which must be included in the suppliers methodology and the Pricing Schedule for evaluation, however the Authority reserves the right to not commission this deliverable.
