As part of this we need solutions to allow the extract, transfer and loading of all BPDTS data to meet the transfer date of 30th June. Live HR/payroll data will be put into a Shared Operating Platform (SOP) which is used by our Shared Service Supplier SSCL. However, the historic data for circa 400 past BPDTS employees will also need to be housed in a data archive. Currently, DWP legacy data is archived within a system (FAMIS-R) that comprises several databases. This is currently accessed by the Shared Service Supplier (SSCL) to answer individual, departmental or potential audit queries.
