The contract will comprise of two elements; 1) Monitoring and statistical analysis relating to the above activities, which includes: • Cycle counts • Cordon Counts • Ad hoc analysis and reporting 2) Updating, rebasing and maintaining the Liverpool City Region Transport Model (LCRTM), including the development of a road map for the future of LCRTM.
