Hull City Council require the services of an event company to design, develop and manage a socially distanced and COVID compliant event for the city that can be rolled out across the city centre once the city returns to Tier 2 in February/March 2021. The concept is for the city centre to host a number of installations/interventions across the city centre to remind residents that the city centre has reopened and is a place to visit/shop and engage with It is essential to comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your quotation. Kingston upon Hull City Council (The Authority) reserves the right to reject a quotation that does not fully comply with these instructions. Your quotation must be completed in English and be submitted no later than 12 noon on 15th February 2021 All completed quotations must be e-mailed to: ### Helen.thackeray@hullcc.gov.uk Any quotation submitted will be deemed to remain open for acceptance or non-acceptance for not less than 90 days from the closing date stipulated above.
