The works include the removal and disposal of existing roofing tiles felt and battens, and the renewal of the same to include improvements to the insulation in new materials to meet current building regulations. The contract was sourced via Eastern Procurement Limited (EPL) framework for re-roofing. EPL are a not-for-profit organisation offering specialist compliant framework agreements, social landlords and other public sector bodies, predominantly in the Eastern region. Folllowing an evaluation of the re-roofing framework by EPL, a direct award was made to the first placed supplier on the evaluation. The award was approved by Cabinet in April 2021. ## CPV classification Repair and maintenance services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/ae40768a-808e-4ed0-8ba0-19f8071be3d2) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
