Services should normally be provided at an off-site location in the Northampton area. The University of Northampton require an annual minimum retainer invoiced monthly in arrears to cover Occupational Health service for employees, the Contract shall be for a period of 3 years with the possibility entirely at the University's discretion for up to 2 further 1 year extensions.
