The Council requires a single supplier to provide a "one-stop-shop" to provide Festive Decorations to support the Councils requirements. The provider will be required to supply and deliver and, in some instances, design Festive Decorations to Durham County Councils requirements. The provider will be required to provide compliant Decorations obtaining best value solutions to meet the Councils demands. The value of the contract is estimated.
