The new telephony contract will make use of existing physical phones, work with the existing mobile phone contract and integrate with MS Office 365, whilst facilitating the move towards a seamless Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) service. The new contract will also include a number of specific projects: Project A Migration from/renewal of existing VOIP telephony system Project B Integration of VOIP telephony system with devices provided by the existing mobile phone contract Project C Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for migrating to a single Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) service. Project D Full integration of Microsoft Teams into the Business Communications system across all users' devices Project E One Number solution that all business calls will go to the device of choice; desk phone, desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
