Each pilot project will offer a different type of engagement with various cohorts of potential participants. The project will aim to engage communities in accessible artistic and cultural endeavours through the mentoring and guidance of arts and culture organisations and individuals. The Council is looking for an individual or organisation who can manage this overall project from the point where funding is available.
