This requirement was originally included in our larger tender ESFA0174 for the servicing of our Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Plant, with a view to consolidating both contracts into one. Following the tender returns and the award of that contract, the decision has been taken to re-compete this requirement on its own as a separate contract.
