This will: • support the evaluation of solution options for replacement of the existing solution. • enable Birmingham City Council (BCC), and their partners to agree on the scope of what is being requested. • be used to make time and cost estimates on the delivery of the proposed solution and to allow the functional design of the required solution. The subsequent Options Appraisal and Design Specification documents will be used to describe how the solution will be designed and delivered. The requirements for Malware Scanning including: • Functional requirements for malware scanning of attachments. • Requirements for handling infected attachment files. • NFRs including service availability, volumes and security. • Current websites using the service plus any growth or contraction.
