## About this tender

Brighton & Hove City Council invite bidders to tender for a Corporate Building Cleaning Service. This tender has been split into 3 Lots.

- Lot 1 Office Buildings and the Brighton Centre.
- Lot 2 Schools.
- Lot 3 Mixed Buildings (including libraries and sheltered accomodation).

Each Lot is worth approximately £700K per year for a duration of 4 years + 2 years. The Council will award to three seperate contractors, one for each Lot.
