As a result of the TA, the GoU will be able to develop a roadmap for the SME Support Agency's establishment and making it the core element in the SME support institutional framework. The Agency is expected to have improved capacity to coordinate and provide effective, inclusive, and conflict-sensitive SME support programs and services with appropriate policy responses, including mitigations to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
