In addition, the implementation of a designated off-road cycleway along Otley Road between Harlow Moor Road and Cold Bath Road utilising the existing footways in addition to the widening of the existing footways and creation of on-road cycleway facilities. Both works involve upgrading the existing signalised junctions with new signals. Works will also include site clearance, new kerbing, new footways, revised road markings and signing, street lighting, carriageway surfacing and drainage.
