The Council is purchasing the Centre with the intention to re-develop the site in the short/medium term. As part of the process, we are seeking to appoint an experienced property management team, ideally based in Greater Manchester, who will manage this asset on an initial 12 basis with an option to extend that appointment on a month-by month basis for a further 12 months.
