By doing so, capitalising on the benefit of investment made in East West Rail. In order to maximise the connectivity opportunities presented by East West Rail on the MVL and influence future travel demand, it is essential that stations and communities served by the new railway benefit from high quality first/last mile connectivity ahead of new services commencing.
