The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all employees have the skills, knowledge and capabilities to deliver the future vision and strategy of UKRI. This will be achieved by providing a core learning and development (L&D) offering that will be delivered via a blended approach such as, but not limited to webinars, online training, face to face/virtual workshops or a combination of these. ### Aims • Source high quality, cost effective personal and professional provision that meets the needs of the diverse UKRI employee base of approximately 8000 people • Provide training using a range of delivery methods including face to face, hybrid and virtual delivery which may be supported by electronic resources and diagnostic tools and reporting. • Ensure employees have access to personal and professional training that enables them to undertake their roles effectively and helps develop their skills to aid career development. This contract will be awarded for an initial 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years on a 1 + 1 basis. Only suppliers registered on the Bespoke Training and Business Skills Learning Category will be invited on the day on launch.
