The objective of this work is to improve the way the organisation and our product areas appear to the public. The scope of work should include an in-depth amount of research and investigation to determine the focus of rebranding. We want our potential new customers to clearly understand who we are, what we're famous for and our points of difference. We would expect the supplier to meet with key stakeholders to shape the brand and clearly identify a way forward.
