Other fire safety issues are also commonly being found on these buildings. Urgent remedial work is required to resolve these claims and the claims themselves are very high value (i.e. multi-million GBP). FSCS has no expert knowledge of handling this type of claim and equally there is very limited expert resource available in the wider market.
