From 2022 onwards, Nest intends to update its CM protocols and implement a series of CM training sessions and live exercises. Our requirement for Crisis Management Services can be divided into four core areas, as outlined below. We are seeking to appoint an external provider to provide us with services for each of these four core areas across a three-year contract duration.
