The contract will include the following · Groundworks Landscaping (hard and soft) and any associated civils/drainage work · Planting · Seating, features and furniture The contractor would be brought on board on a Design and Build basis, working from an agreed sketch design that will be provided by the client at tender stage ### Works completed by June/July 2021 Please be aware that the above is subject to change and is only intended to act as a guide to suppliers.
