Brief Description of Requirement: The project aims to investigate a cluster of topics that collectively represent the tighter loops of the "circular economy" - where the value retained in products and the materials is optimised. This study will be used to inform technology/innovation needs, policy options and set of recommendations in order to develop a national Value Retention Strategy in the UK.
