As part of this scheme, The Home Office was seeking a supplier to provide independent advisory services to those wishing to make a claim under the scheme and who require additional support to complete the claim form. Selection of this service is at the discretion of the claimant and is not a requirement for submission of the form. The Service is required across the UK and must also provide an ability to support individuals from countries globally, via telephone.
