The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: • boilers, • heat generators, • gas hobs, • flues, • oil fired heating equipment. The works will include: • Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards • Repairs, • Call-outs, • Fault diagnosis • Minor New Works.
