The Council Chamber is a large meeting room used for formal Council meetings, presentations, training courses and conferences and when not in use by the Council it is available for hire. The Council requires a new audio visual solution that supports Microsoft Teams for 'hybrid' physical and online meetings, the primary requirement is to allow the participation by remote presenters and attendees.
