Experience of previous library design is essential. Your proposal will include detailed concept design drawings, costings, company experience, and examples of previous library projects and will be split into two options: • Option 1: to provide new furniture • Option 2: to include use a mix of new and existing furniture Successful companies will be judged on experience, price, and design, and it is intended that a shortlist will be invited to present to full Parish Council shortly after the tender return date. Documents available to support your tender: • Extension plans and drawings • Inventory of existing furniture which can be re-used The completed tender must be submitted by 12noon on Thursday 18th February. The Tender must be delivered to Wootton Community & Sports Centre in a sealed envelope marked TENDER and for the attention of the Parish Clerk, Mrs Tina Charteress.
