The project will also include the refurbishment and repurposing of the existing Community Bungalow at the rear of the site, the construction of a cold smoke training facility and erection of a training tower. A Mini Competition (RFQ - Request for Quote) was issued under the Procure Partnerships North West Area Framework; value band £5m - £15m was issued to the contractors who responded positively to the Expression of Interest process A JCT PCSA contract has been awarded following the first stage process.
