The work is part of the Nature for Climate Fund capital works programme being delivered by the RSPB. The aim of the cuts is to reduce the dominance of a single species such as heather or Molina, facilitate the inoculation with Sphagnum and other blanket bog species and reduce wildfire risk and intensity. The whole area is entirely within the Dark Peak SSSI, SPA and SAC and is drinking water catchment for Untied Utilities. The work is subject to consent from Natural England. ## CPV classification Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/7f6c453b-4d2f-4984-9930-cf835d664f29) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
