Regulations will be introduced later this year or early in 2022 implementing the recommendations of phase one of the Grenfell Tower inquiry LGA officers have worked with NFCC and civil servants to devise a document covering the principles of effective regulation of safety in high rise residential blocks under the Housing Act and FSO/FSA in the interim until the Building Safety Regulator is up and running (which should begin in 2024). The LGA is supporting this work by commissioning case studies highlighting the work of local authorities and fire services working together to address fire safety issues in these buildings since the Grenfell Fire. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/7f2768a0-841f-4ac4-8517-c4ae67671a05) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
