The ambition of the programme is to engage and involve communities in the history and place of the London Road HSHAZ and North HAZ 'HAZs' using arts and creativity. The Lowestoft Cultural Leadership Group, which has been running for over two years, will act as the consortium and successful bidders will be invited to co-opt onto the Leadership Group as members for a minimum of three years.
