The purpose of the reviews is to establish "best practice" and general service efficiency based on "value for money" service delivery on a range of front line FM service areas. In July 2020, the PFI service providers services (Engie) were "brought back" in-house, this service transition & integration covered the following service areas: - Portering (logistics including receipt & distribution) - Catering (staff & visitor plus patient services). - Domestic (non-ward) Services. - Laundry & Linen (including staff uniform) - Security & Car Parking Services.
