We are interested in systems in which integrated low profile x-y stages are mounted on a granite platform, and the z stage is mounted on a granite bridge. All proposed solutions should be for a completely assembled, calibrated, and tested system consisting of the stages, granite base and bridge, controllers, amplifiers, all necessary cables, all necessary software packages, 12-month warranty, delivery, and installation.
