The UK's fusion approach to national security seeks to ensure that all of Government's capabilities and policy levers are used to best effect to respond to threats. On behalf of Defence, and in support of HMGs Fusion Doctrine, Comd UKStratCom, as Defence's integrator, will develop a Multi-Domain Integration Change Programme (MDICP).
