At present the Authority only offers a pay by foot service. - Lot 4 fully integrated cloud-based IT solution to allow NELC to process Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued under Civil Parking Enforcement legalisation and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued for education/environmental offences (and other /monetary penalties). The system will allow the Authority to manage with associated correspondence, representations and appeals against PCNs and FPNs as quickly and efficiently as possible in accordance with the associated legislation.
