The contractor is to note that the completion date of 30th July 2021 is linked to funding of the Salix Grant funds. The contract period has been included up to the date of 30th July 2021 to give the contractor the most access possible to carry out the works, however the contractor is to be aware that this date has a critical nature and there is an expectation the contractor will manage the works in order to complete on (or prior to) this date. The works are throughout the building to replace the existing fluorescent lighting with LED and where appropriate introduce automatic controls where there are none existing. The term 'Earth and Environment' refer to a faculty which have a range of room types within their accommodation including office, study, research laboratory.
