This key development in the heart of Leyton, is one of the largest residential regeneration schemes in the borough and will deliver 750 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable. In addition, it will provide a new centre of indoor sporting excellence, health hub, community facilities, nursery, enhanced public realm and commercial units. The Council is seeking to procure the services of a Clerk of the Works for the Coronation Square project to oversee the construction of Phase 1 and handover of the New Facilities back to the Council.
