The area of work supports the CityConnect programme, the Combined Authority's Active Travel Project. Work is required across West Yorkshire and will be delivered over the course of 12 months. We work in partnership with our district, local authorities. The supplier will generally provide 'off-the-peg' products that are in line with the specifications stated in this brief, however, we require a supplier that has a flexible approach and there will be occasions when a bespoke solution is required, and these must be agreed by the Combined Authority and our local authority partners.
