UKRI are looking to replace our existing disparate IAM solutions with a single standardised Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform encompassing the 9 entities, with a goal of improving end users' experience, increasing UKRI operational efficiencies and reducing costs, and reducing risk thereby delivering a more secure working environment. UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS) provide procurement services for UKRI, and in support of this project, UK SBS and UKRI are looking to hold a pre-market Supplier day on Thursday 20th May 2021 which will assist in the development of our understanding of both the applications on the market and any new capabilities that may be on the horizon. UKRI will be holding a supplier engagement day in order to assess the market's appetite, obtain input from the market in order to refine the specification of requirements and understand the available license and cost models as well as the market products and capabilities. PLEASE NOTE: Expressions of Interest received after the deadline (Section 3 - Description) will not be considered and access to the event will not be possible. UKRI may consider information and responses received as part of the preliminary market consultation to help inform the UKRI specification and further decision making in relation to the planning and conduct of the proposed procurement.
