The property historically provided sheltered accommodation in the form of 15 bedsits, proving unsuitable for the client group. The property currently remains unoccupied with view to refurbishing the scheme into 8 shared ownership flats, contributing towards PA's objectives in providing 8 units of affordable housing. Planning permission has been granted and we now seek to procure a contractor with suitable experience in refurbishing Victorian style period properties. Subject to full PAH approval the appointed contractor will enter into a JCT Intermediate Building Contract to complete an internal soft strip and deliver the refurbishment works.
